What is included ?
This is purely a maintenance contract. No SLA has been agreed upon.
- Support is provided on a per-machine basis / (Per user on the machine)
- Preventive maintenance : Monthly/ongoing
- All support will be handled primarily on a first-in, first out basis and will be prioritized over those without a maintenance contract. We reserve the right to prioritize and deviate from the fifo format for ticketing.
